About Bear Paw RV Park

We look forward to welcoming guests for the 2026 Camping Season to each of the RV Parks we manage. These include our sites at Nitehawk RV Park, located 17km South of Grande Prairie in the Wapiti River Valley, as well as Bear Paw and Nine of Diamonds, located in South Bear Creek Park. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with our RV Park rules before your visit. Thank you for your business. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Bear Paw RV Park – Rules & Guidelines:

1. Check-In After 2:00 PM
   Reservations must be prepaid via Campspot or by calling 780-402-8777. Sites are pre-assigned—no changes upon arrival. Only self-contained RVs with working toilets and holding tanks are permitted. No tents allowed.

2. Payment & Deposits
   A valid credit card is required upon booking. Full payment is due before arrival. A refundable site deposit will be applied to 7-day stays and up; refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after checkout, pending site inspection and account clearance.

3. Clean Campsites Only
   Leave your site clean for the next guest. Dispose of all waste in provided bins—never in fire pits.

4. Bear Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility
   Use bear-proof bins. Never leave food (including pet food) or garbage unattended. Clean BBQs and properly dispose of grease.

5. Proper Waste Disposal Only
   Grey and black water must be emptied at the sani-dump near Nine-of-Diamonds Campground. Sewer hookups must be airtight and secure.

6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
   Please keep your voices down and music off. Disruptive behavior, loud parties, and shouting are not tolerated.

7. Site & Vehicle Rules
   Each site allows one trailer and two vehicles. Additional or commercial vehicles must park in designated overflow areas. Vehicle repairs are not permitted onsite.

8. Strict No-Fireworks Policy
   Fireworks are prohibited under fire regulations. Fire bans must be followed. No refunds are issued due to bans.

9. Pet Policy
   Pets must be quiet, leashed, and not left unattended. Waste must be picked up immediately. A $75-$150.00 cleanup fee applies if staff must intervene.

10. Speed & Safety
    Drive slowly—max 10 km/h in the campground. Watch for children. Unauthorized ATV/dirt bike use is prohibited.

11. Fires & Firewood
    Campfires must be small, attended, and fully extinguished using the soak-and-stir method. Never burn trash. Firewood is available at the Clubhouse ($10/bundle)

12. Respect the Natural Environment
    No cutting trees or brush. Store personal items neatly behind your RV. No pressure washers or water toys permitted.

Check-Out by 11:00 AM
Sites must be vacated AT 11:00 AM. Late departures are charged for an extra night if RV is left in the site.

Conduct & Liability
Disorderly conduct, intoxication, illegal substances, or offensive language will result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for insuring their RVs. Bear Paw is not liable for weather, wildlife, or unexpected incidents.

*NO stays will be extended past 14 days.  A $75-$150.00 site cleanup fee applies if staff must intervene.**

RV Park Guest Showers Available at the South Bear Creek Pavilion, located at 6339 – 100 Street, just a short 2-minute walk down the paved walking trail South of the Bear Paw Golf Course.
